Hi Kids!
I had a busy Spring visiting many schools… I just love spending time with the children! I also got a very special invite on July 4th to the 8th Annual Conference for Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita which is being held in Las Vegas. I am excited to meet everyone.

Harley’s Summertime Pet Tips To Keep Your Pet Cool!

Do not leave your pet in the car. It can get up to 135 degrees in your car in less than 10 minutes even if the windows are partly down.
If your pet is outside please make sure you give them some shade, its really important. The sun is very hard on us!
A great idea is to take a milk carton and fill it with water then freeze it and put it in our water bowl, we love that.
Make sure we have plenty of water in our bowls we get so thirsty and don’t put them in the sun.
Please don’t walk us in the summer afternoons. We love a morning walk but the payment is too hot for our paws. A small pool is super fun and cool for us.
Memorial Day and the 4th of July are coming up. If fire works are used, please remember that loud noises can scare us - so please protect us and keep us inside.
Make sure to help your mom and dad to care for us. You can feed us and give us water and brush us too. We would love that!
